§01Our Approach

Standards we work to

We operate our sourcing, grading and packing in line with recognised food safety and export practices, and work with accredited partners for testing, packing and logistics where required.

STD/01

Food safety practices

Hygienic handling, clean grading and controlled packing aligned with established food safety norms for fresh produce and commodities.

STD/02

Quality & testing

Lot level quality checks against your agreed specification; third party / lab testing can be arranged on request for relevant parameters.

STD/03

Traceability

We track produce from the buying point through grading and packing to dispatch, so each consignment can be traced back to its source lot.

STD/04

Packing & labelling

Export appropriate packing in mesh, jute, PP, BOPP, cartons or bulk, labelled to destination market and retailer requirements.

STD/05

Export documentation

Standard export paperwork prepared accurately for smooth customs clearance at origin and destination.

STD/06

Responsible sourcing

Fair, transparent dealing with the growers and partners we buy from, supporting long term supply reliability.
